Has anyone used Fiona Slomovic recently?

I just wondered as I have seen various bits about her doing some work for local authorities recently and I wondered if she was still advocating for parents

She did a fantastic job for us a few years ago and we may need her again soon

Yes and No. Though she is very difficult to get hold of.

In January, she was good. What sort of Local Authority stuff out of interest?

She was amazing when we last used her so hope she can work for us again

Hi I contacted her last month but she was unable to take on anymore cases.

I was really happy in the end, as I ended up reading that she provides training for my LEA which would not have worked with me at all!

I'd be delighted if someone like Fiona Slomovic was training my LA. The might actually learn what the law says, rather than what the purse holders would like it to say.

Yes she is always v busy but it is worth persevering as she is good.

I 'used' Fiona in 2013 and 2016. If she has turned to the dark side I will start to believe in the lizard people.
