Just been in a school meeting. It was arranged a few weeks ago and was promised that ds would be sent to after school club if the meeting ran late. I reminded the senco at 2.50 that we needed to be looked after if meeting ran over. When meeting ended 10 minutes after and of school, she couldn't find him. He had gone home. I was fuming! Fortunately he had followed our plan of going to his friends if ever needed. Can't believe this happened to a SEN child when I had literally had just reminded them!
