DLA appeal soon .... help

Long story short ... we have appeal soon for ds DLA. There is so much information in the paperwork wrt his extra care etc that I'm just astounded he was refused at renewal. He went from mrc lrm to mrc at renewal ... i asked for reconsideration and the whole award was taken away! That was in November and we've now finally got our appeal date in a couple of weeks. I havent arranged anyone to help us as I honestly believe the panel will look at the evidence and award pretty quickly.

Am I being naive? Should I get some help/representation?

Thanks polter ... I just don't know if it would be beneficial to have a third party there to help? I hear of recommending you contact a charity/organisation who I guess knows the terminology side to fight your case?

Do you know who offers this help? I have no idea .... I was going to go to citizens advice tomorrow and ask them.
