My son is three years old and only weighs 13 kg but I am finding it increasingly exhausting caring for him. I'm about 9 stone and consider myself fit and well but this is really starting to be noticeable. is Saturday today and after a week of the Easter holidays of pushing his buggy, carrying him, in and out of the car, helping him with his walking providing support etc, my body feels like I've been at the gym all week. aching arms and legs, upper back. I'm struggling to have any motivation for my 6yo and it's getting to the point where I am avoiding taking the boys out anywhere, it's becoming too much. is this par for the course? any suggestions for dealing with the physical exhaustion? I'm full time mum. thank you
