Head control in pushchair?

Hi
I have a little girl aged 6 months who is having a number of tests due to her developmental delay and seizures. We have a mamas and papas sola pram she could do with being more upright as she has awful reflux and sometimes chokes on it or her saliva when reclined but her head sags forward and she can't sit up with the seat upright? Is there anything I can use to help keep her head up with her torso in a better position? She has some head control but not much upper body/shoulder strength?

I don't know how your Pram is but I took the newborn head insert out an infant car seat to support dd, the straps went through the holes. Possibly britax

I used to use a diono head support thingy. It had two inserts and you could use it for the car seat/pram etc.

Do you see an occupational therapist? They should be able to advise.

I was also going to suggest car seat head rest or you can buy soft things that go behind and round the neck.
