My DD is 10 and suffers with incontinence, she has just started swimming lessons and although she is gaining some control of her bowls, she struggles with bladder control and she's having to leave the pool to use the toilet. Now we've managed to make sure she emptys her bowls so there's no accidents but she's getting worked up about accidentally urinating in the pool. I've tried looking for swim nappies but they all state that they only contain bowl movements and are not suitable for lack of bladder control. Anyone have any suggestions because she's so worked up about it.
