Ear defenders recommendation?

Any recommendations on sturdy ear defenders for a 6 yr old? The first pair snapped on the second use and they were being gently handled...

We have two pairs; Edz kids and a pair from B&Q. Ds seems just as happy with both...

Thanks. The ones that got broken were Edz Kidz which is what they have in school too so will check out those other brands.
