I'm struggling to make sense of DS British Ability report. He is 12 and is having some emotional issues, but there may be something underlying that I don't understand. His scores were mostly average, except for a few that made me suspicious. Highest Verbal score was 88th, numerical 30th, but average in almost everything else.

Then I saw the Information Processing Speed score was 99th percentile. He struggles with school and has endured bullying. I'm not 100% sure what this extreme peak means, but is it something I should be concerned about? I'm wondering if it is a disorder of some sort. Help!?

It means he is very good at doing simple tasks under time pressure, both visual scanning and with motor involvement. It's a good thing, generally, to not have a slow processing speed.
