Hi. We are starting to look for a special needs pushchair for our 6yr old. He can still comfortably fit into a silver cross pop pushchair but his feet are starting to drag on the floor. Is the maclarens the only pushchair available? What makes it different to a 'regular' pushchair? Am asking as our current pushchair weight range is relatively high but as i said his legs are getting too long. Thanks

There are options other than a maclaren but that is likely to be the one the nhs would give you. Sometimes they will give you a voucher towards buying a differnt one but I dont really know how that works. Special Tomato make really sturdy buggies as do mountain buggy and lots of others I guess but they are ££££'s . There are charities that can help :-)
