Omega 3...................

well I may become very brainy in the morning

Got my 1 antibiotic tablet and Ellies 2 Omega 3 chewy tablets out of the cupboard

Gulped her Omega 3 down in one go and handed her my antibiotic!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I am sure it would take a lot more than 2 to get my brain working again!!!!!

Be interesting to see if you feel any different!

On this topic, can anyone recommend an Omega 3 tablet that tastes OK and doesn't contain aspartame? DS1 has been taking Smartfish for a few months but has gone off them - the paste in the sachets seems to solidify after a while. I accidentally got some on my hand yesterday when he handed me the half finished sachet and the smell was revolting - I can't believe the poor boy has actually been swallowing this for months without complaining!

annie...reminded me of before christmas when i actually put an almost full pot of melatonin (nearly 100 capsules) in my sons lunchbox!

could have been a great controlled experiment....see how many kids responded to it and fell asleep!

seriously...i've also nearly given my eldest my prozac...you know the mad morning rush - pills everywhere....

does worry me a bit ...but i have changed the time i take my pills so that i take them after ds...doing that has avoided it happening again

We use Equazen eye Q(think thats what its called). Think it comes in tablets and granules. We use the liquid form, doesn't smell too bad and DS seems to like it!!!

Ds takes Eskimo Oil. It is expensive but it lasts 2 months and is only one mouthful a day of "tutti frutti" flavour. He doesn't seem to mind it and he swallows the last of his water with it.

We tried EyeQ but noticed a big change for the worse when we ran out. It worked out alot more expensive that the Eskimo Kids and has far lower EPA and HPA too.
