Assq questionnaire help

We've been asked to fill in an assq questionnaire for my ds. I'm unsure as to what a couple of the questions mean and was wondering if anyone could give me any guidance? The two I'm struggling to grasp are;

"Has a different voice or speech (I.e. uses their own voice but sounds different)"
i'm totally confused about what this means.

"Uses language freely but fails to make adjustment to fit social contexts or the needs of different listeners (e.g is not aware of when to modify language, uses language in the same way in all contexts/environments)"
does this mean talking differently to a small.sibling vs an adult sort of thing?

Thank you!
