got dd2 DLA forms today.

it has two dates for may on it. the first is thew 18th which is when we requested the form. the 2nd is the 25th, it in red ink but have no idea why thats on there. gotta get them back in by the 29june.

well that has to be the quickest i have filled in those forms. HV is coming over later on to fill in her bits, then i can send it right back. i feel disconnected when i fill in the forms, its like i'm not even talking about my dd.

I think thats the best way to be misdee

never made a copy. oops. i doubt we will get it anyway. without a dx on dd walking it puts a possible ? on her needs, but with her ezcema and reflux probs atm, maybe we will get something towrds the laundry bills. depending on the outcome of next months appt with paed with regards to her walking will depend on re-applying when she is 3.
