Dressing up days

Does anyone elses child find this stressful? my son gets really anxious about this and i end up sending him in his own clothes, we are also having a change of uniform in September this too is making him anxious.

Yes, very! I'm sending her in in uniform or normal clothes for WBD. It keeps her anxiety levels in check.

I came across this by mistake but just wanted to add , my 2 hate dressing up days the hoo haa I've had getting them into planned purposely bought costumes just isn't worth the meltdowns . On said days I send them in , in what want . Given up trying x
