Hi, my ds has been awarded an ehcp and we are in the process of naming school and have been refused. The thing is that the coordinator never sent me the draft copy, so I don't know what is in it!! Surely this is Wrong?? Advice please

Yes, you should definitely have been sent a draft. Make a fuss about it if this hasn't been sorted out by now.

Look at SEND code of Practice. They MUST send you a copy of the draft EHC plan.
