I'm currently going through transfer from Statement to EHCP, for my DC.

Is there anything I should be doing to prepare as I know our LA are going to fight me on the actual provision.

We're looking to name Specialist but are yet to find one

Is there any FOI info I could be gathering in the meantime? Or anything else I may have forgot about

Seen a interesting FOI request for my county asking how many kids are placed in all of the county indi Sen schools with LA funding and number of places. By year. Will try to find its wording. Good one if LA says "we never place there"

Remember in particular that the LA is supposed to be doing a full reassessment, unless there are current reports that are still relevant and unless you, the LA and the authors of those report agree that they are suitable.
