My grandson has been suspended from school. He is in year 2. He has behavioral problem and social anxiety
School are saying if my daughter cannot supervise him at school he cannot attend. My daughter has 18 month baby, school have told her to put him in child care. She refused saying she couldn't afford. She has already had to give up work due to her eldest sons special needs
School will not apply for ehcp as he is educationally meeting targets and don't recognize behavior problems and social anxiety as special needs . What can she do. She will go down ehcp on her own . Is what school doing legal. Thanks for reading
