ADHD & Aspergers

My son has just recently been diagnosed with ADHD and Aspergers traits. We as a family are coming to terms with as he is now a teenager!

Is swearing a trait of ADHD & Aspergers I cannot see that it is but it might be?

Hi ya yes I saw that but am new to using this site! it seems to b f*ing this & that anytime I ask him to do something it is always an effort, but I guess that is due to being a teenager!

I've never connected the increased swearing with the decreased violence. Makes total sense now!

The language at ds1's school and ds2's ex-school (both specialist for ASD and ADHD) was something to behold so I am guessing it is a fairly common trait! Mine swear profusely when stressed but we try and discourage it at other times.
