DS4 gets middle rate care. He's 2.5 years old. A DLA form came in the post today with a letter saying he could be entitled to the mobility element of dla from when he's 3 and we should fill in the form and send it back as soon as possible. He's not 3 for another 6 months. If I do it now will they send it back saying he's too young?
