DLA renewal (aaargh)

Ds's DLA form has arrived.
We've had a few changes since he was awarded it.
We moved school a year ago. Because it is smaller, he is more able to hold himself together, and teachers don't see any behaviour (there are signs of anxiety, but these are seen as naughtiness), and don't really accept his diagnosis.
Will their report affect whether ds is awarded it again?
I have reports from the OT, paed and psych, do I include all these?

There's a section for someone who knows him, last time this was filled in by the HT. Could this be filled in by a relative? Grandparent who occasionally looks after him?

I'm ringing the lady we've seen at CAMHS to see if there's any chance she could write something, as ds opened up a bit to her about how he feels at school.

Is there anything else I need to be thinking about?
Thank you :)

So I don't have to ask school to fill it in then?
I have a letter I sent school post diagnosis, and an email to the HT to try to get more support, do they count?
I've bookmarked the cerebra guide and I have photocopies of the last form.
Thank you!

They may contact the school, anyhow.

I didn't bother with the person who knows him section for DS1,this time around. I did have a couple of relatively recent reports/letters plus his EHCP to include, though.

Thank you.
Hopefully if they do contact school, there'll be enough evidence anyway even if they say he's fine.

Quick panicky question -
Do I send ds's report from the hospital?
It's quite weird in that in the ADOS sections it shows difficulties, but then all these are dismissed (eg. Inconsistent eye contact. Then the verdict - No difficulties found in this area)
School observations all look fine, because the psych left out loads of things.
Do I stick to the private reports?

Also, the section "statement from someone who knows the child". Last time the ht filled this out. This time, we are in a different school and the teachers are very dismissive of ds's diagnosis.
Can dh fill it in? Put his point of view across?

Thanks Polter. Makes sense now you've worded it like that!
