Diagnosed with ASD

My 8 year old has recently been diagnosed with ASD. I just need a bit of advice on what approach I should take in telling him and also that he will be changing schools soon.

@PolterGoose Thanks I have just read through a those comments, I wasn't actually going to tell him at first as he is pretty much unresponsive and probably wouldn't take it in, but he does deserve the right to know right? Especially if he is going to be changing schools.
