Anyone used Autism Partnership?

Just after some advice really. We're interested in using Autism Partnership (in Leeds) for an ABA program for our son. Does anyone know whether you need a diagnosis to begin an ABA program or not? Also, if anyone knows any information regarding the fees they charge, etc, that would be great. I have emailed them but just haven't heard back yet.
