Dyscoverers Club is a kids club for those with dyspraxia and their siblings.

Join Ray Sweeney, 5th Dan and CEO of the Disability Karate Federation for an hour-long karate taster session.

According to Ray, karate is perfect for people with dyspraxia. "We teach an adapted form of karate. It is a fun activity with a progressive programme of learning which improves agility, balance and coordination. Increasingly complex movements are performed unilaterally and cross-laterally to equally develop both sides of the body and both upper and lower limbs coordination."

Ages 4-11 and siblings welcome.
You will need to be a member of the Dyspraxia Foundation and can join at www.dyspraxiafoundation.org.uk. Parents will need to remain at the venue for the session.
