I work for my local council. Next week we are hosting a ceremony to open a new play area. This will be attended by children from a local primary school, many of whom have adhd and other behavioural problems.
We are providing a buffet and the school has suggested that we should offer water, fresh orange juice, crisps and mince pies. (I think the idea behind the mince pies is that it'll be a sugar fix for the adults but the kids probably won't go for them!)
I'd be really pleased for any comments or alternative suggestions.
