I'm not doing this again. Maybe if I have to get him into a language secondary but that's it.

My asd preschooler hasn't got a ehcp and no one has mentioned it. I'm not chasing that either.

Havering a statement hasn't changed stupid attitudes at school. I'm just hoping he gets the weekly salt he needs.

This new senco will not reply to my emails so if she is representing at the hearing it's to my advantage as she will have not met me. I'm not being drawn into going into the school two weeks after I email her with no reply. I'm pretty sure I can wait too weeks to get back to her.

I wasn't involved with his IEP stuff so I'm not going in for that either. I'm just asking if they might want to involve me next term.

I hope things change for you. I'm realising it wasn't worth the stress ( unless we do get some slt!) at least I tried.

Print off any emails that havent been replied to and either enter them as late evidence or take them on the day!

The senco that was against us made a massive thing about us missing one meeting but I had sent her a list of days and times we were available and she had ignored it and offered a time we couldnt attend!

The judge was very interested in this but as I didnt have the email with me she said it was their word against mine!

The barrister picked up on the fact that we hadnt attended and wanted to run with it but luckily the judge put him back in his place. This was one meeting out of around 30!!

The school were ordered to arrange a meeting with us as soon as possible after the hearing but they didnt bother for 3 weeks by which time the placement had broken down!

You school sounds as arrogant as where we were!! Bloody nightmare!! Sad
