We have suspected for a while that DD's school are inflating her progress and they admitted recently that whenever she is tested she goes to a quiet room and is given 'assistance' with her tests.
The school is desperate to show progress at the moment and we fully expect to see a glowing result at the next assessment point. Therefore we really want to understand the nature of the assistance and how DD really performs.
Ideally we would ask to observe but this will be off putting for DD. Could we request the testing be filmed?
Does anyone have any other suggestions of how to avoid the over-inflation?
