Feeling trapped, and guilty about it

Does anybody else ever feel trapped? So little we can do with ds that is actually enjoyable... Safest thing is staying at home while he watches tv/reads on the ipad...so I have to stay at home, too

Yes same here. Ds is so angry all the time at the moment it's difficult to see beyond now.
It's good to talk here about it, other posters understand.

Yes the constant anger gets me down as well

And the lack of support from family/friends

Yes, and the well meaning comments that leave you feeling completely dismissed!
