Helloooo Dd age nearly 9 has dx of APD (auditory processing disorder), and dyslexia. I think she also has remaining vision processing issues, and obvious attention, memory and executive function issues. I've applied for an EHCP assessment and the LEA has responded with the Parental Consent to seek advice from other professionals, and the Parental Views form for me to complete. Can I please ask what level of detail should go in to this form, and just for general tips, comments, warnings etc. I am paranoid about whole procedure! Thank you so much for any pointers ????
