Hello,

Looking for a touch typing tutor or program to help my DS 11. He did a summer course last year for 4 days in town but I think even the small class was too difficult for him to focus on something that was so "uncool".....

Anyone recommend a touch typing tutor or program? We are in Richmond, London

thx

Mavis Beacon touch typing is how my OH learnt to touch type (at the age of about 55). It's free to download & lots of people recommend it. But I have no idea how useful it is for an 11 year old.

Here's one link (not a freebie) but seems to be adaptable for all ages

Tel your DS from me that being able to type well is seriously cool - shows how good your hand/eye co-ordination is & will be so useful to him for all his life.
