Well that was a surprise!

Dd's last appointment with the child development team planned a 6 month review, I rolled my eyes and expected to see them possibly before she was a legal adult....

But today the appointment came through...6 months and 10 days from the last!!!! Not sure if delivered by a flying pig, but I have never ever had an appointment even close to review dates.

Hope this luck spreads!

The nhs are very good with my three year old. ( except for slt and ot and physio.....)

In stark contrast to my 7 year old who sees his pead for 15 minutes once a year, makes four referrals out, none of which made it as far as any recipient.

Looking forward to July after a year she asks how they went, I can tell her I'm still waiting, possibly before asking her what the point of having a pead is anyway
