feeling really proud

had dd's anual review the other day and felt really proud. she is really growing up and settling into secondry really well.
she is doing well with reading(at last have a teacher who is pushing reading) and learning to tell the time.

Lot of sad things arround at moment (in rl for me) and on mn.
so come on what has made you proud, how ever small??

That's great news 2shoes . I've just got the forms to fill in before ds's annual review but they just sit there looking at me (I hate forms!).

I was really proud of ds on Bonfire night when he actually enjoyed a big family party with loud bangers/rockets etc. He even ran around the garden with the other children. 2 years ago at a similar party he sat inside the house screaming so it was wonderful to see his excitement.

Also proud that after lots of hard work (and carpet shampoo!) ds has been out of nappies since the beginning of term.

that is brilliant about the nappies. dd is more or less dry so I can be proud about that too
