Hi, I have a recently diagnosed High Functioning Aspie son aged 14. He is in a main stream school in Oxon but has trouble making friends - his issues are mostly social - and has started getting patches of depression. I am in touch with Autism Oxford and he goes to their gaming days but that is only every half term. I would love to try and increase his friendship network - any ideas gratefully received.
Also, I ended up getting him diagnosed privately after waiting over a year for a CAMHS appointment. However, I think he is dyspraxic too - he is pretty uncoordinated. Does anyone know the best way of getting a dyspraxia diagnosis ?
Thanks
