That if DS transfers to another school, his TA would potentially lose his job.

Ohno....now the guilt sets in.

Not your problem.

DS1's lovely 1:1 of 3 years was immediately re-deployed.

The ads are starting to go in for Septembers new starters who need one to ones.

The little boy I have worked with for 2 yrs is off to reception and his new school are looking for someone Sad Kids come and go, much as we love them, they move on and we have to balance giving our best without getting too attached!

Do what is best for your little boy and dont look back! Flowers
