What are the really important paragraphs which you think would apply in an Autism tribunal.

When the last code was around posters were often quoting the main ones.

I think we will be appealing choice of school. The school we want to go to is a specific but a local offer school.

I understand we are not allowed the "Rolls-Royce" standard but has to be "adequate" but now "outcomes" is important where does that leave us??

There is a webinar on Douglas Silas website which you may find useful. It specifically talks about "rolls royce provision"

Ah - sorry not to get to this earlier.

It leaves you ringing the National Autistic Society, who have a helpline which is staffed by TRAINED volunteers who know autism and know their way around the COP.

Call 0808 800 4102 and leave a message and they will call you. They will allocate a trained volunteer an hey presto - case and COP will be tailored for you
