Ds teacher is finally back after three months of sick leave with the school not covering her post. I put in a complaint to the council yesterday because she still hadn't returned, they still weren't covering her post and the deputy head of the school didn't know when she would be back. I'm guessing she is on a phased return and I have no idea if she is back full or part time.
I know details of her operation are completely private but do you think it would have been reasonable to tell us she would be off for three months and that she would have a phased return and if she is now part time? Those details become public over time so couldn't really be breaching her confidentiality. All I heard was the sound of brushing and carpets being lifted...
