Autism school Cambridge(shire)

Hello

We are potentially relocating from London to Cambridge. DS is 6 and has severe autism. He is currently Y1 in a mainstream school with one on one full time support.
We are looking at another year of mainstream schooling and then want a special needs/autism school.

Are there any recommendations around Cambridge/South Cambridge? Either state or private.

Bump - sorry not my neck of the woods

Hi! There is an independent specialist school for HF Autism in Cambridge called Gretton. There are also maintained local area special schools which support children with learning difficulties including Autism. Castle is in Cambridge and Samuel Peeps is in St Neots. There are others in other towns too. They are the only special/specialist options in Cambridgeshire and getting a space in any of the schools can be really hard.
