they have now added in the asd diagnosis and auditory processing

in part 2 - they have took a few lines from each indie report - the one from DK they say she 'presents as a child with asd' and dont use the highlighted line underneath which states that she is diagnosed with asd - the LA have chose to say 'presents' instead

part 3 remains completely unchanged and nothing else is added from the indie reports and the OT remains in part 5/6 and we still have just 11 hours support.

still silence about the proposed transfer over to EHCP so they haven't even started the process yet.

job for this morning is that I am able to phone the solicitor at the charity who has drafted the application to review the consent order to discuss what could happen

Well, that is just rubbish. It is so awful when the LA don't do their job - I suppose I always hope they will actually listen. They have the reports: they have used the reports, so why can't they just give the provision, too?

Yes, you are doing the right thing - onto forcing them to meeting needs. It is a dreadful system. Keep going. You will get there.

I need to do an addendum to the appeal now because of the 2nd statement that has now been issued. had some good legal advice and a solicitor will draft the addendum for me so that's good. feeling much better now as some of my instincts were right and I know where im heading with this now and that I am on the right track.

picked dd up from her trial of the school we want for her for secondary and the school are going to offer her a place for sept so we really have no where to go but straight back to tribunal to secure her placement there so at least we are now going to have a chance to get this sorted for sept. what a roller coaster this has been - its a month tomorrow since we were at tribunal and weve kind off won that but now already have the next one lodged!!!!
