How long does it usually take for the DLA claim form to arrive?
I followed the advice out there, and phoned to request one, as the clock starting from then, rather than when received if I printed myself etc.
However nearly two weeks later the form has not arrived. Should I chase it?
Spent two hours tonight doing hubbys PIP claim, so looking forward to the DLA form - not!
