Exactly the same things that we asked for in July but have yet to be put into place!

We were told that there was going to be loads of provision on offer for Dd3 but it has not materialised and she started to fall apart just before Christmas.

Today's meeting was more stressful than the bloody tribunal.

I just have to hope that they have listened to my very forceful message today and that we see an improvement soon!

Jeepers!! Hmm I am utterly exhausted and on the verge of throwing the towel in!!

keep going Ineed - you've come this far and you will get her the help she needs - the school will be mad now not to do as they have promised given its going back to tribunal in May

I reminded them several times that they are supposed to be providing the first 15 hrs of support and that Dd3 is getting no where near 15 hrs!

I hope you are right and they do what Dd3 needs and quickly before she crashes!

Oh dear - doesn't sound like there was much moving forward going on today. It's ridiculous when actually it wouldn't take a lot of effort to put the support in place that would make all the difference to your dd. Mind you even ds2's specialist school doesn't seem to get it so what hope is there for a mainstream.

I know one tell me about it!! I reckon they could easily support her in 15 hrs!!

I didnt get anywhere with the specialist writing teacher though but they did offer her a laptop!!

They were not happy when I told them that a teacher had told me this week that he didnt know she has Asd!!

Lordy Ineed.

Do you have a divide with 15 hours from LA and more from LEA?

Either way the buck stops with the LEA although they are probably just as limp as the school.

If you didn't have a tribunal result pending you could go to the telly or radio, but how about a letter from the MP. Or local council bod? or going to the SEN governor?

If I could you lend you my Pen-of-Rage to write 'deeply disappointed that the school has determined to act in breach of the law'.....
