basically saying far too late for us as parents to be able to respond (though we have so clearly they haven't picked up the email ....... arrggggghhhhh)

but they have made it clear that the LA are allowed on rep only and counsel must be fully briefed beforehand and therefore not appropriate for 2 reps to be in the court.....

they have said that the panel will deal with it on the morning....... so on the one hand it is good as sendist are showing their teeth and making it clear that they would not expect her to be in there to instruct counsel and they also say that numbers MUST be kept to a minimum

now will the LA move to call her a witness I wonder making them have 4 witnesses.......

Yes - I reckon the LA will try to call her as a 4th witness (it happened in my case).

So be prepared and rehearse a strong objection in the next few days

Object on the grounds that the Tribunal have already ordered that the LA is only allowed one rep in the room and that the barrister has to be fully briefed. Also object on the grounds that an extra witness might extend the length of the hearing which has been scheduled to only last half a day.

But be prepared that they might still overrule you. Again, it happened in my case, 4th witness refused permission on the night before the hearing, but then overturned on the day of the hearing so she was allowed in. But she proved to be a liability to the LA's case so it spectacularly backfired on her

no way will this one want to be a witness as she is in the firing line and will have some very uncomfortable questions to answer - will she have the balls to agree to do it? time will tell but I agree its possible they could do it - I have already also objected to them calling the LA EP so late as well - know it wont really get me anywhere but its madness they think they can get away with it. I think she will still think she can get away with observing and sitting at the back taking notes. like im going to allow that one - the order is quite strongly worded as well and the way its written is more or less telling them to drop it but they can ask on the day of course

Depends in your judge. God I hate waiting for my desision as it sounds so like mine yet I don't know if my la win their stupid little games with me :0(

Wishing you lots of calming thoughts - SENDIST are not keen on extra witnesses so more likely that they would be allowed to swap one out for the LA-officer.

yes I have as its the same one I had 2 years ago and when you google his name his whole twitter feed comes up
