Hi all
My son has just been awarded middle rate care. Great news! But - although I paid for guaranteed next day delivery, to ensure it would arrive on 9th (deadline being 10th), they didn't deliver until 11th. So I lost the 6 weeks backdate PLUS an extra week because their payment dates are Wednesdays and it got there on a Thursday.
So I am down £381.15. Royal Mail offering £5! compensation plus refund of postage £7.15.
Is there anything I can do? I was so hoping for that lump sum to do his sensory room!
