Ds has an hours journey each way to school. He has a portable DVD player but often complains he is bored of it. I've sent him with magazines and he's bored of them as well.
I'm looking for some idea's of activities he can do in the taxi. He has an escort with him and sometimes he plays games on her phone but i'm reluctant to let him take his tablet as it might be a battle to get him to turn it off once he gets to school.

He's got a rubik's but not too happy that he hasn't solved in like 90 seconds like the people on youtube Grin

I thought about a nintendo DS, are you able to save games part way through? He gets really angry if he can't save the game when he is told to log off.

I will sort him with some more fidgets i just haven't got round to it yet.

You can save, but some games go a ridiculously long time between save points. (Which has been a source of contention between me and various meals in this house, at times!)
