Statement question, pre tribunal!

If SALT is clearly set out in part 3, does it also need to be in part 6 aswell or is this unnecessary?

I would say unnecessary - my sons statement - its all in part 3 only - I would leave it in part 3 - go nowhere near part 6 as don't want to give them any mad ideas!!

There's no reason why it can't be in part 6 also. However, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with parts 5 and 6, so I suggest you ignore them.

Things in part 5 & 6 were things like ds' recurrent glue ear. More of an 'information' thingy that I didn't want in the main body of the statement and become confused with the disability stuff and provision.
