I am thrilled for Dd (asd) but sad because everytime she gets one (she is very popular which I'm thrilled about) DS asks why he isn't invited to parties at all back story of DS here

Is there anyone in his class you could ask round for tea? If it's a mixed school, sometimes the girls can be a bit more kind and mothering.

Well I have had some good news not school related but DS made a friend at young carers group who lives just round the corner from us.

It's early days yet but maybe this is the start of something.
