Query diagnosis of ASD and draft statement

My DS 2y and 11 months was diagnosed with ASD yesterday. We are also awaiting a draft copy of his statement to arrive any day. I will contact them to let them know that he has received his diagnosis. Should I expect anything further to be added to the statement because of the diagnosis?

Sorry its the proposed statement we are waiting for.
