It's for myself I was too I'll to fill out form so they are coming out to visit.

I have schizoaffective disorder what sort of things should I mention I need help with?

I know it's for a adult but you lot are experts so thought I would ask here.

Thanks polter I'm just scared I won't get any as I really do need a lot of help and if I get it a family member will claim carers allowance and be able to cut down on work in order to help more.
