How does it work funding wise if you employ an ABA shadow in school. Are they normally employed or self employed? Do you have to pay them direct and then reclaim off the LEA or is there any way the LEA can pay them upfront as the cash flow aspect of employing someone upfront worries me. My son has a statement entitling him to ABA but I am reviewing who employs the shadows
