Eidsvold's FIL

well it looks like it is any time now. SIL rang to say FIL not doing well - dh was quite upset but gone off to his SES training. They are now getting mixed messages from the hospice - originally were ready to take him whenever he needed to come in - clearly needs to go today BUT there is some confusion/ disagreement over when he can go there now or not.

A nurse told MIL that although they are not supposed to talk about time limits - nurse thinks it could be as early as today.

very very sad day in eidsvold household FIL never met dd2 or to see how much dd1 has blossomed.

Spoke to MIL this morning. Hospice won't take FIL in case he dies on the way?!?! we don't understand it. Anyway MIL has sil and step sisters in law with her and marie curie nurses helping out.

Dh will go to the UK for the funeral and probably stay about a week - unfortunately his work is such that he really can't take a long time off.

thanks for your thoughts and wishes.
