CAMHS - 1st appointment

Hi, we have our 1st appointment with CAMHS for DS on 4th September, this will include me, DP and DS however they are happy for DS to wait outside after a while so we can dicuss things without him hearing our concerns. I am just wondering what to expect from this 1st meeting?

Any advise appreciated, thanks.

Basically lots of questions - all the concerns and developmental history, family history etc. No physical examination of any sort. Ours lasted a couple of hours but was for two children. We were then passed onto the next person (several months later) and process repeated - Sigh.
