DLA and child tax credits

Hi I have been awarded hrc for my little boy and was wondering how much ctc we are likely to get and how long it normally takes for the tax credits to be sorted. Thanks

A friend of mine has been awarded mid rate for her daughter and has been told she'll get another £50 CTC
