Adhd son teasing younger son

My 7 yr old son has mild adhd and is not medicated, as generally we all cope ok. However, he relentlessly teases his younger brother (nearly 3) who has speech delay (and possibly verbal dyspraxia). I'm just at my wits end as he won't leave him alone and constantly does things to upset him. My younger son cries almost when there is any interaction between them. Please help as I'm so frustrated with my 7yr old I shout at him often which is not working and making us all unhappy.

Just giving this a wee bump for you. Can you do a quiet activity where you sit between them to mediate? Keep distracting and redirecting both of them with lots of praise when they are nice, maybe setting an example yourself? Something like exaggerated "thats an amazing colour to use there!" "Pretty please may I have the purple pen?" Lots of laughing and a wee sweet reward?
